OXFORD, Miss. (2/18/25) – Arkansas State baseball (1-3, 0-0 SBC) mounted a furious rally in the ninth inning versus Ole Miss (3-1, 0-0 SEC), but a walk-off home run in the 10th inning sealed a 4-2 defeat on Tuesday afternoon at Swayze Field.
Jelle van der Lelie made his 12th career start and his first in 2025, surrendering one earned run on one hit and four walks while striking out two over 3.0 innings pitched. On the flip side, Cason Tollett led the bats with a 3-for-5 performance, accounting for all but one hit for the Scarlet and Black.
