STARKVILLE, Miss. (3/18/17) – Arkansas State earned seven top finishes, 17 top five marks and 31 total top-10 finishes in the outdoor track and field season opener at the Bulldog Relays hosted by Mississippi State this weekend.
“Overall, a pretty good start to the outdoor season,” said A-State head coach Jim Patchell. “We use the early meets as an extension to our training and we saw some good things. Cristian had a great meet setting the school record in the hammer throw. That mark will also get him into the regional meet.”
Junior Cristian Ravar Ladislau set a school record in the hammer throw with a launch of 66.
