Jeremy Brown, sophomore of Festus, MO. steals second base in the seventh inning against Milwaukee in the double header March 5. The Red Wolves defeated the Panthers 2-0.
After failing to score in the first inning all series, the Panthers put up two runs thanks to a scoring single and an RBI grounder to shortstop. They loaded the bases again in the second, but Bryan Ayers got two outs and escaped the inning without further damage, keeping the deficit at 2-0.
Frankie Alvarez cut the deficit in half in the second, hitting a groundout that scored Matt Burgess.
