TROY, Ala. (4/5/25) – Arkansas State women's tennis dropped a marathon match lasting over four hours on Saturday, falling 4-3 at Troy.

A-State (11-8, 4-4 SBC) claimed the doubles point and led 3-2 in the match, but the Trojans (9-7, 4-3) took third-set tiebreakers on courts 1 and 4 to earn the comeback win.

Anna Grigoreva and Carla Muro Castellvi gave the Scarlet and Black early momentum with a 6-4 win over Valeriia Avdeeva and Maria Guirguis on Court 1 before the hosts pulled even with a 6-3 victory by Emilia Namyslo and Gabrielle Leslie against A-State's Lilly Cvanciger and Abigail Thumer at No.
