STORRS, Conn. -- If the Arkansas State women's basketball team is feeling any pressure ahead of its first NCAA Tournament appearance in program history it isn't showing.
The Red Wolves bring a confident demeanor ahead of their first-round matchup with University of Connecticut at noon Central on Saturday.
The Huskies earned the No. 2 seed in Regional 4, so they will host first- and second-round games at the Gampel Pavilion. Arkansas State earned the No. 15 seed and will enter the game at a 44.5-point underdog.
A No. 15 seed has never defeated a No. 2 seed in the history of the women's NCAA Tournament.
