JONESBORO, Ark. (4/16/25) – For the second time this season, Arkansas State women's tennis standout Anna Grigoreva has been named Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday.
Grigoreva went unbeaten last weekend, going a combined 2-0 in doubles and singles without surrendering a set in A-State's 5-0 win over Southern Miss.
In Saturday's win, the Kazan, Russia, native teamed up with Carla Muro Castellvi at No. 1 doubles to defeat USM's Sakura Sudo and Miranda Xu 6-2. She then followed it with a match-clinching 6-1, 6-2 victory over Hannah Chambers at No.
