JONESBORO, Ark. (10/14/24) – The Sun Belt Conference announced preseason honors on Monday, with Arkansas State women's basketball forward Anna Griffin earning Preseason All-Sun Belt Third Team honors.
Griffin was the only player to start in all 30 contests for the Red Wolves last season, averaging 11.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. She led the team in three-point field goals made with 66 and ranked fifth in the conference for three-point percentage, shooting a 36.1 percent clip from beyond the arc.
Wynter Rogers and Crislyn Rose join Griffin as the only returners from the 2023-24 season as the Red Wolves added nine transfers ahead of the 2024-25 campaign.
