ATLANTA, Ga. (2/20/16) – Georgia State outscored the Arkansas State University men’s basketball team 41-30 in the second half to defeat the Red Wolves 69-61 at GSU Sports Arena Saturday.
A-State falls to 11-16 on the season and 7-9 in conference play with their fifth-straight loss. Georgia State snaps a four-game losing streak and improves to 14-11 on the year and 7-9 in conference action.
Devin Carter posted his second-straight 20-point game and 13th of the season to lead all scorers with 20 points. Carter was 5-for-12 (42 percent) from the field, including 3-for-7 (43 percent) from 3-point range.
