This is the third straight year Gamble has won the the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year award, something no one in the history of A-State women’s basketball can claim. Gamble finished the regular season averaging 18.4 points per game on 50.8 percent shooting from the field, and 33.7 percent from beyond the arc.
Gamble is 52nd in points per game, 57th in Field Goals Made with 202, and 66th in field goal percentage among active Division one players. Gamble is just the 15th player in program history to score over 1,000 points and haul in 500 rebounds for a career.
