JONESBORO, Ark. (1/15/16) – Arkansas State head football coach Blake Anderson announced Friday that Trooper Taylor has been elevated to the position of Assistant Head Coach while retaining his responsibilities directing the Red Wolves’ cornerbacks.
Taylor recently completed his second season at A-State as an assistant coach, helping lead the Red Wolves to 16 victories, back-to-back bowl game appearances and a 2015 Sun Belt Conference championship.
“Coach Taylor obviously plays an integral role on our coaching staff in all areas both on and off the field,” said Anderson. “The success of our players in football and life is extremely important to him, and he can relate to them on a number of different levels.
