A-State won two of three against Texas State over the past weekend for their second straight SBC series win. The Red Wolves are now 17-26 on the year with an 8-16 record in league play.
Bradey Welsh picked up his seventh quality start of the season by going six strong innings against Texas State Friday. He allowed a run in the top of the first, but nothing else as A-State went on to win 6-1.
