A-State is now 11-16 and dropped to 3-9 in SBC play after being swept at Georgia State April 6-8.
The Red Wolves had their second grand slam of the season in the April 7 loss to the Panthers as Kyle MacDonald sent his team-leading fourth home run of the season over the right-center field fence with the bases juiced. The two grand slams in a season are the most since three during the 2015 campaign.
