STILLWATER, Okla. (3/15/21) – On Monday at the Oklahoma State Cross Country Course, Arkansas State's Bennett Pascoe made history as the first A-State men's athlete to compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
The Conway, Arkansas, native was running his first 10K since the 2019 cross country season and did not finish on Monday, but sets his sights now on competing in outdoor track and field for the first time since 2019. The 2020 outdoor campaign was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Pascoe caps off his cross country season after taking the Sun Belt Conference men's cross country individual championship in October, posting a personal-best 8K time of 24:45.
