JONESBORO, Ark. (5/25/21) – Sara Betts, an Arkansas State volleyball alumna, was selected to receive a 2021 Sun Belt Conference Postgraduate Scholarship, the league office announced Tuesday.
Betts lettered four years for the Red Wolves at outside hitter, completing her bachelor's degree in exercise science in December 2020. The Marion, Arkansas, native is now set to pursue her doctorate in physical therapy at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
In addition to her time with the A-State volleyball team, Betts served time on the Dean's Advisory Council in spring 2020, while also being an intern with A-State Athletic Performance in the 2020-21 academic year.
