JONESBORO, Ark. (4/1/17) – Arkansas State track and field scattered to various meets this weekend and came away with strong results as the Red Wolves progress toward the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships.
Most of the Red Wolves were in Cape Girardeau, Mo., for the Joey Haines Invitational hosted by Southeast Missouri. Other members of the team competed at the Texas Relays (Austin, Texas) and Bobcat Invitational (San Marcos, Texas).
Cristian Ravar Ladislau dominated the hammer throw competition as he claimed the top spot in the event. He posted a throw of 63.26m (207-06) for his second top finish in three outdoor competitions.
