“We don’t want to win signing day, we want to win championships,” said head football coach Blake when describing the 2017 Arkansas State recruiting class, on Feb. 1.
After losing various key players last season, the Red Wolves find themselves in a critical state of rebuilding.
However, Anderson and assistant head coach Trooper Taylor, accept the challenge.
A-State’s latest recruiting class, the fourth under Anderson, is made up of 13 defensive players, 12 offensive, and one specialist. The Red Wolves put primary focus on its offensive front by signing nine linemen, while also adding five safeties, two cornerbacks and a nickelback to its secondary.
