CARROLLTON, Texas (10/6/19) – The Arkansas State men’s golf team shot a second-round 303 (+15) Monday at the Maridoe Intercollegiate, giving it a two-day 600 (+24) total to move up to a tie for second among 12 teams.
The Red Wolves recorded a first-round 297 (+9) yesterday at the Maridoe Golf Club. They currently trail leader SMU by nine strokes and are tied with Texas A&M and host North Texas. The three teams are ahead of both San Francisco and Washington who are tied for fifth at 604 (+28).
Senior Julien Sale is tied for eighth place with a combined 147 (+3) to lead Arkansas State, while sophomore Luka Naglic is tied for 11th with a combined 148 (+4).
