BATON ROUGE, La. (2/27/21) – A second round 4-over par 292 saw the Arkansas State men's golf team climb to a tie for third among 15 teams at the LSU Invitational played at the University Club in Baton Rouge, La.
A-State is tied with Vanderbilt with a 36-hole total of 11-over par 587. Florida leads with a 36-hole total of 579 (+3) while Illinois is second at 582 (+6). South Carolina is fifth at 588 (+12) with Tennessee (+16), Mississippi State (+18), Alabama (+19), Georgia (+21) and Kentucky (+21) rounding out the top-10.
Julien Sale fired the low round of the day for A-State turning in an even-par round of 72 to stand tied for seventh at 1-over for the tournament.
