CARROLLTON, Texas (10/6/18) – The Arkansas State men’s golf team began play Saturday at the inaugural Maridoe Intercollegiate, shooting a first-round 292 that put the Red Wolves in fifth place among 14 teams.
A-State was led by two players ending the first day among the top-10 leaders, including Zan Luka Stirn in a tie for fifth place and Luka Naglic in a tie for eighth. Stirn carded an even-par 70 to leave him just two strokes behind leader Thomas Rosenmueller of North Texas, while Naglic shot a 71.
