A-State Falls in Series Finale at Georgia Southern, 7-4

STATESBORO, Ga. (4/19/25) – Arkansas State baseball (18-21, 8-10 SBC) jumped out to an early lead, but four home runs for Georgia Southern (23-17, 9-9 SBC) proved too much in a 7-4 defeat on Saturday afternoon at J.I. Clements Stadium.

(5-3) made his 10th start of the season, surrendering six runs (all earned) on six hits and two walks while striking out three over 3.1 innings pitched. Three Red Wolves entered in relief, limiting Georgia Southern to two hits and one unearned run over the final 4.2 innings of action.

At the plate, (2-for-4) led the bats with two hits and crossed the plate twice while tallied a team-leading two RBIs.
