CONWAY, S.C. (10/3/20) – On Saturday at Brooks Stadium, Arkansas State dropped a 52-23 decision to Coastal Carolina.
A-State (1-2) held the ball for just over 18-and-a-half minutes in the contest, while the Chanticleers (3-0) took advantage of long scoring drives to earn the win, holding the ball for over 41 minutes in the contest.
"We were concerned all week coming into this game about what I though their offense was capable of in terms of keeping us of balance and the quarterback's ability to throw the ball," head coach Blake Anderson said.
