Jonesboro, Ark. (5/17/19) – The Arkansas State baseball team dropped its final Sun Belt series to Little Rock 8-0, Friday evening at Tomlinson Stadium. The loss eliminates the Red Wolves from contention in the Sun Belt Conference tournament.
A-State drops to 26-28 overall and 11-18 in Sun Belt while Little Rock improves to 27-26 overall and 17-11 in the league.
Zach Jackson (6-5) pitched 4.1 innings allowing five runs on nine hits with no walks and a strikeout. Kollin Stone pitched 1.1 innings out of the bullpen, where he allowed three runs on two hits while walking and punching out one.
