The biggest upset of the college football season so far belongs to Toledo, who upended the No. 18 Arkansas Razorbacks 16-10 on the road in Fayetteville.
Arkansas has risen to No. 18 in the national rankings following a 48-13 win over UTEP in their opener, while Toledo was playing their first game of the year with just three returning starters from last year's team.
The Rockets built a 9-7 lead at the half, which they extended to 16-7 in the third quarter, and Arkansas was never able to get anything going on the offensive side of the ball other than one 25-yard field goal. They then took a safety instead of punting it with less than a minute left, bringing the score to 16-12.
Toledo was able to gain control of this game by limiting Arkansas' talented rushing attack, allowing the Razorbacks to gain just 103 yards rushing on 31 attempts.
