FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas running back Devwah Whaley will miss at least two games, and possibly more, after undergoing ankle surgery Monday.

Razorbacks coach Chad Morris confirmed the surgery but did not provide further details, other than to say Whaley wasn't expected to be available to play again until sometime in November. Arkansas plays Tulsa and Vanderbilt the next two weekends, then has a week off prior to a Nov. 10 game against LSU.

Whaley was injured at the end of a 13-yard run early in the third quarter of Arkansas' 37-33 loss to Ole Miss last Saturday.
