FAYETTEVILLE — With dangerous wind chills and several inches of snow in the forecast, it isn't likely Arkansas' baseball team will make it outside to practice again before its scheduled season opener against Texas Tech next Friday.
According to the National Weather Service, highs in Fayetteville will be well below freezing for several days. Snow is likely to begin Sunday and continue into Monday when the high temperature is forecast to be 11 degrees and the overnight low minus-5 degrees.
Preliminary figures from the weather service indicate Fayetteville could receive up to 1 foot of snow.
So instead of practicing inside Baum-Walker Stadium, the No.
