FAYETTEVILLE — A water main break at the intersection of Razorback Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard could cause traffic delays prior to Saturday’s football game between Arkansas and eighth-ranked LSU at Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

The break occurred overnight, causing damage to at least one of the eastbound lanes on MLK. Eastbound traffic is being diverted to the center lane of MLK, according to a social media post from the Arkansas Razorbacks' official accounts.

An update is expected midday to assess the situation’s impact on game-day traffic. The break has not affected the water supply to the football stadium, according a spokesman for the athletics department.
