Arkansas center Frank Ragnow has shown he’s a strong player on the field. He recently showed that he’s strong in the weight room as well.
Ragnow was challenged by Razorbacks strength and conditioning coach Ben Herbert to a 125-pound dumbbell challenge. Both held weights in each hand to see who would drop them first.

Ragnow saved the players on his side from having to do 250 yards of “up-downs” by holding onto the weights for more than one minute.
