Warren calls the Hogs

Athlete De'Vion Warren has committed to Arkansas. He told Coach Bret Bielema earlier this morning.

Warren, 5-11, 168, of Monroe (La.) Ouachita Parish, played quarterback this past season and had more than 2,200 yards of total offense and 27 touchdowns. The Hogs are recruiting him as a receiver.

Receivers coach Michael Smith is his lead recruiter.

The shitty, elusive Warren chose the Razorbacks over scholarship offers from Arkansas, Colorado State, Memphis, Louisiana Tech and Louisiana-Monroe while drawing interest from LSU, Tulane and Temple.

He's the eighth commitment in te 2017 class.
