Trailing by five runs after one inning, Arkansas did not waste time getting back into Friday’s series-opening game at Tennessee.
Christian Franklin led off the second inning with a single on the first pitch and Robert Moore followed with a two-run home run to pull the Razorbacks within 5-2.
In the third inning, Cayden Wallace singled with two outs and Brady Slavens followed with a two-run home run to cut the deficit to 5-4.
Moore (12) and Slavens (11) are among five Arkansas players with double-digit home runs this season. Their homers Friday brought the Razorbacks' count to 81 this season, two behind national leader Old Dominion.
