Because of a serious foot injury, Arkansas Razorbacks running back Jonathan Williams hasn’t played a single snap this season. The team’s leading rusher in 2014 had to have a screw placed in his foot, providing a big blow to the team’s on field talent level.
As he continues to work is way back on the field for his school or, eventually, an NFL team, Williams decided to give everyone a look at how the rehab process is going.
After not running for months, Williams posted a video on Instagram of himself doing underwater agility drills.

Williams ran for 1,190 yards and 12 touchdowns for Arkansas last season, and was viewed as one of the best backs in the country before the injury.
