Vanderbilt sent the Arkansas women’s basketball team to its worst 21-game start in program history in dominant fashion Thursday night at Memorial Gymnasium in Nashville, Tenn.
The Razorbacks trailed by as many as 45 points in a wire-to-wire 101-60 loss.
Arkansas (8-13, 1-5 SEC) has been beaten by at least 30 points in all its SEC defeats, but the 41-point loss was the largest yet.
Though not its worst win percentage in program history — the Razorbacks went 7-13 (35%) in 1978-79 — the 8-13 start is the worst for Arkansas when it has played at least 21 games.
