FAYETTEVILLE — Facing a field including four national seeds, the defending national champion and last year's runner-up, Arkansas is perhaps the biggest underdog at the upcoming College World Series.
The Razorbacks (40-23) are tied with Cal State Fullerton as the team at the tournament with the most losses this season. The record doesn't quantify two frontline pitchers - Dominic Taccolini and James Teague - lost for the duration of the postseason, leaving Arkansas' bullpen paper thin.
"We'll figure it out when we're there," Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn said.
"We'll take it one game at a time and just do whatever we had to do to win that game.
