Alabama-Birmingham receiver and return specialist Kam Shanks signed with Arkansas football out of the NCAA transfer portal Tuesday.
Shanks, 5-8 and 180 pounds, officially visited the Razorbacks on Sunday and Monday with his grandfather.
He had 5 catches for 31 yards and 1 touchdown in a 37-27 loss to Arkansas in September. He finished the season with 62 receptions for 656 yards and 6 touchdowns.
Shanks had 5 receptions for 153 yards and 3 touchdowns, 2 carries for 19 yards, and 4 punt returns for 139 yards in a 59-21 victory over Tulsa.
He is a finalist for the Jet Award, which honors the most outstanding return specialist in college football.
