FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas' leading scorer returned to form Thursday night after being released from her coaches' doghouse.
Jessica Jackson came off the bench and scored 17 points to help lead Arkansas to a 65-50 victory over Oral Roberts before a crowd of 709 at Walton Arena. Arkansas (3-6) ended a six-game losing streak while extending ORU's losing streak to five consecutive.
Alecia Cooley led Arkansas with 19 points while Kaylan Mayberry, the daughter of former Arkansas standout Lee Mayberry, paced ORU with 17 points.
"I was very proud of Alecia Cooley tonight," Arkansas coach Jimmy Dykes said.
