After a 111-76 shellacking of Northwestern State in Fayetteville, Arkansas took its No. 1 ranking over to the Pyramid in Memphis to take on the rival Tigers.
Memphis had lost Penny Hardaway to the Orlando Magic but still had a formidable team. They were led by David Vaughn’s 20 points but no other Tigers hit double figures.
However, it was no match for the Razorbacks.
