Thomas' arraignment rescheduled

FAYETTEVILLE — The arraignment for a redshirt Arkansas Razorback basketball player accused of passing counterfeit money has been reset.

Dustin Thomas was scheduled to be arraigned today in Washington County Circuit Court. The arraignment is now set for Sept. 14. Prosecutors have not filed formal charges against Thomas.

Arkansas sophomore guard Anton Beard and former forward Jacorey Williams pleaded not guilty Sept. 2 to charges of first-degree forgery during their arraignments in Washington County Circuit Court.

Judge Ray Reynolds assigned Beard and Williams an Oct. 27 court date.

Beard was charged with three counts of first-degree forgery, while Williams — who transferred to Middle Tennessee State after being dismissed from the team Aug.
