The Hogs blew out the Bears in an 18-4 victory Friday. The Razorbacks’ bats were on fire with 18 hits, compared to the Bears’ 10. Missouri State left 10 runners on base during the game.
Joe Serrano led the way for the Razorbacks with three hits and four RBIs. Missouri State
starter Jon Harris struggled, surrendering nine hits and eight earned runs in five innings pitched.
“They came out swinging and put 18 runs on the board,” Harris said.
Arkansas’ win broke Missouri State’s 19 game winning streak.
The second game was a different story.
