FAYETTEVILLE — There were 17 Arkansas seniors playing their last game in Fayetteville on Saturday, but it was their former teammate who had all the fun.
Charleston native Ty Storey was 22-of-32 passing for 213 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 77 yards and two more scores as Western Kentucky routed Arkansas 45-19 at Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
“Obviously, the game went about as good as we could have asked,” Storey said. “So we’re pretty pumped right now…I was confident. But I’ve been feeling confident all year. I think it just continues to grow, especially with the guys around me playing great, too.
