FAYETTEVILLE - Stuck in a tie for third place in the Southeastern Conference, Arkansas and Florida played to create some division in SEC women’s basketball.
Score one for the Gators.
An Eleanna Christinaki lay-up with 16 seconds left put Florida ahead, 67-66, and Arkansas couldn’t get a response bucket on the other end as the Gators left Bud Walton Arena with a 71-66 win. Devin Cosper had put Arkansas ahead by a point 13 seconds before the game-winner, but Christinaki drove straight through the Razorbacks defense all the way to the rim to provide Florida the victory.
