FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas football coach Sam Pittman is optimistic the Razorbacks will have starting running back Ja’Quinden Jackson available for their final stretch of games, excluding Saturday’s matchup against Ole Miss.
Jackson was unavailable for a 58-25 victory over Mississippi State last weekend due to a right ankle injury. He had a “tweak” to the ankle in the fourth quarter of a 34-10 loss to LSU on Oct. 19 and exited the game.
Pittman said Jackson will likely be listed as doubtful when the first player availability report for Arkansas-Ole Miss is released Wednesday night.
