Arkansas is hosting a running back target for an official visit.
Running back Eli Sanders, a transfer from New Mexico, arrived in Fayetteville late Thursday night.
He received an offer from Arkansas on Monday. He is expected to leave Friday afternoon.
Arkansas running backs coach Kolby Smith is his lead recruiter.
Sanders, 5-11 and 195 pounds, also has offers from Arizona, Michigan State, Oklahoma State, Memphis, Stanford and Virginia Tech.
He rushed 147 times for 1,076 yards and 9 touchdowns, and had 15 catches for 143 this season for the Lobos.
He began his career at Iowa State where he rushed 158 times for 703 yards and 4 touchdowns while playing 21 games.
