John Calipari is reportedly at risk of losing a member of his first Arkansas basketball staff to Miami (Fla.).
Technically part of the Razorbacks’ support staff, Bruiser Flint — who holds the title of Special Assistant to the Head Coach — is up for a position on Jai Lucas’ first staff with the Hurricanes, according to multiple reports.
The Miami Herald wrote on Saturday that Flint is “expected to be considered” for a job at Miami, while HoopDirt added on Monday that he “will be in the mix.” Created by former Division III head coach Adam Nelson, HoopDirt is the college basketball equivalent of FootballScoop, drawing intel from various insiders to report on coaching moves across all levels of the sport.
