SI.com reports that Singleton, who was at Arkansas for just a year, will join Chuck Pagano’s staff with the Colts. Singleton replaced Joel Thomas, who left after the 2014 season for the same position with the New Orleans Saints.
Singleton is the second assistant lost by Arkansas this offseason. In December, offensive line coach Sam Pittman left for the same job at Georgia. Kurt Anderson, who had been an assistant line coach with the NFL’s Buffalo Bills, was hired to replace Pittman.
Not only will Arkansas have a new running backs coach, that coach needs to find a starting tailback in the wake of Alex Collins’ departure to the NFL.
