Jessica De Filippo scored in the sixth minute and Arkansas goalkeeper Grace Barbara recorded her fourth consecutive shutout as the ninth-ranked Razorbacks defeated Florida 1-0 on Thursday.
Arkansas (9-2-1, 4-1 SEC) won its first game in 10 trips to Florida. The Razorbacks had been shut out at Dizney Stadium six times — including their previous three trips — and outscored 27-3 in matchups dating to 1999.
It was the second time in less than two weeks Arkansas snapped a long losing streak at an SEC stadium. The Razorbacks’ 1-0 victory at South Carolina on Sept. 25 was their first on the Gamecocks’ home field since 2005.
