FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas' basketball team spent the night in Little Rock following its 77-74 win over Texas at the Lone Star Shootout in Houston.
The Razorbacks' team plane was diverted to Little Rock because of icy weather in the Fayetteville area. Several flights into Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport were either canceled for rerouted Saturday night when sleet and snow began to fall.
The team is expected to return to Fayetteville today. Arkansas is scheduled to host North Dakota on Tuesday.
