FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas tied a school-record with 15 3-pointers and routed Alabama-Birmingham, 100-52 on Sunday in the second round of the WNIT.
The Razorbacks (22-14) advanced to play TCU (22-10) in the third round of the 32-team tournament on Thursday at 7 p.m. at Bud Walton Arena.
Five Arkansas players scored in double figures Sunday, led by Alexis Tolefree’s 17 points. Malica Monk added 15 points, Chelsea Dungee 13 points and Jailyn Mason and Bailey Zimmerman scored 11 apiece.
The Razorbacks scored 100 points for the first time since 2016.
Arkansas made 15 of 30 attempts from 3-point range and tied the school record when freshman Grayce Spangler made three in the final four minutes.
