The No. 13 Arkansas Razorbacks’ women’s golf team shot a 1-under-par 287 and dropped one spot to third place after the second round of the SEC Championships at Greystone Golf & Country Club in Birmingham, Ala., on Saturday.
The Razorbacks will enter today’s final round six strokes behind No. 8 Florida, which made the big move of the day with an 8-under 280, to take a five-shot lead. No. 6 Georgia fired a 6 under to move one stroke ahead of Arkansas.
The Razorbacks were led by sophomore Kaylee Benton, who fired a 2-under 70 to move up 16 positions into a tie for 11th.
