FAYETTEVILLE — After a dominant Southeastern Conference campaign, Arkansas dominated the SEC postseason awards that were announced Sunday.
The Razorbacks, who their first ever conference championship and first division title in 23 years, claimed three individual awards and six all-conference honors.
Forwards Parker Goins and Anna Podojil, midfielder Taylor Malham and defender Haley VanFossen were voted to the SEC first team. Goalkeeper Katie Lund and defender Bryana Hunter were voted to the second team.
Arkansas’ Colby Hale was named SEC coach of the year. Hale led the Razorbacks to a 14-2-2 overall and 8-1-1 SEC record during the regular season after Arkansas was picked to finish sixth in the league by coaches during the preseason.
