FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas freshman Anna Podojil scored a hat trick as the No. 13 Razorbacks blew out another Southeastern Conference opponent Sunday.
Podojil scored goals in the 25th, 52nd and 61st minutes, and Arkansas defeated Mississippi State 6-1 at Razorback Field. Podojil increased her season goal total to 10, which tied Vanderbilt’s Haley Hopkins for the league lead.
Podojil also had an assist Sunday to overtake the conference scoring lead. Podojil has six assists this season and 26 points.
The Razorbacks (11-2-1, 5-1-0 SEC) won for the third consecutive game and for the 10th time in 11 games.
