Opponent end-of-half runs irk Musselman

FAYETTEVILLE — With its NCAA Tournament hopes hanging in the balance, Arkansas looked to be firmly in control late in the first half at Texas A&M on Saturday in Reed Arena.

The Razorbacks held a 28-21 lead entering the final media timeout of the half at the 3:13 mark. Mason Jones, Isaiah Joe and Jimmy Whitt had combined for 25 points, and Joe, moments before, knocked down a floater right of the lane to push himself into double figures with 10 points.

Meanwhile, the Aggies were shooting 38 percent from the floor and had turned the ball over 11 times.
